One has imprint: Antuerpiae : Venalia apud auctorem; the other has imprint: Venalia apud auctorem, prostant apud Hieronymum Verdussen. In addition the preliminaries are different. This copy lacks “In Cupidines Othonis VaenI” by Max. Vrientius, present in other issues’, ‘Woodcut title page vignette. 124 emblems, each with full-page ill. within an oval on right-hand page of opening, text on facing left-hand page. They are by Vaenius, except for the 1st which is signed by Cornelius Bol; see Landwehr’, ‘Imprint in colophon: Typis Henrici Swingenij’, ‘Signatures: pi⁴ (:)⁴ A-2H⁴
