THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION 1. 0sk 2 December 1949 the farmers of Yun Choeng al ij 1) and Ttao Ham: villages of the Wantan (119-29, 29.09) district, Lanchi Wen, appealed to the hpleg government for exermption from food comandeering. During an official meeting in the h,, e, government offices to discuss the grievances, word got out that the farmersO representatives had been killed.

A crowd of more than a thousand farmers waiting outside rushed the troone guarding the offices, took two light machine guns and about eighty rifles, and killed the s1e , magistrate, the assistant magistrate, and twenty other officials.
