It is less acceptable to a rather considerable number of employees who, when they joined the Agency, expected to work at least until they reached age 65. 25X1 3. There are approximately =employees in the Clandestine Services who at age 60 will have less than 30 years of service. This is the group that will pose our greatest problem in the CS.
