Arrangements have been made to hold the Logistics Annual Planning Conference on 114 and 15 October in the Attachment A contains the Administrative Arrangements that have been made for the conference and Attachment B outlines the conference agenda. (C) 2. The salient objective of the conference is to exploit the cumulative creativity that resides with the division and staff chiefs. The conference offers the opportunity for each chief to step back from the pressures and demands of ongoing line activities and think about what has been, what is, and what could be.
