A memorandum is in process which will identify the specific dollar amounts by program and financing method to be utilized for each item in accordance with the recent agreement. It is requested that necessary information on PY 1964 be developed for presentation to the NRO Comp- troller no later than June 10,’1963. It is desired that this presentation cover the following programs: v OXCART ACEDLOCX 25X1 io ograp vC/M/L Payloads After presentation to the Comptroller and surmimariza- tion of the amounts, the presentation and the Comptroller analysis will be made the subject of a meeting between representatives of your office and this office.
