I contacte t Naval Security Group Command to insure that he and the Naval Security Group were aware of the availability of Burroughs computer equipment. I informed him that the equipment available consists of at least six B-6900 CPU’s in a nominal configuration of required periphenals at a cost of 30 percent of list price or less. 2. I unformed me that he had recently talked with personnel from Burroughs and that he was aware of the equipment availability. He indicated that the Naval Security Group may have a need for all six B-6900 CPU’s or, at a minimum, 2-3 of the CPU’s. He did not identify any specifics on how or where they might be used.

3. He said that he would keep me advised of their needs and desires for the computer equipment.
