Consequently, it is planned that a now Logistics Allocation 66 be established to facilitate the transfer of :management responsibility. 2. 0 wo have requested that the above change become effective 1 October 1977. When the transfer is imrplemented, appropriate computer reports for Allocation 66 will be distributed to Office of Technical Service on a continuing basis.
