Description of the Book:

The spanwise variation in pressure due to gravity (occurring in experimental work) was included in the numerical calculations of a supercavitating hydrofoil of finite span. The effect was negligible on the lift and moment coefficients but a small change in the cavity length was noticed at the foil centroid. The major change was in the cavity shape.
