Also presented is the CELL’s opto-electronic input/ output characteristics which includes spectral analysis, characteristic emitted light versus current and current versus voltage curves, input wavelength tolerance, output wavelength sensitivity to bias current, and insensitivity to input wavelength and power within a specified range
