Description of the Book:

Many believe that the growing National Debt is the United States biggest threat. Washington s unsustainable spending continues to endanger an already weak economy, and is making the United States less secure. The DOD budget accounts for approximately 20 percent of all federal government spending and the largest portion of discretionary spending. As a result of efforts to fend off the looming financial crisis, the department will face significant budget cuts.
