Description of the Book:

This report contains proposed regulations of student conduct constituting serious misbehavior, and includes written procedures for handling regulation violations. The code is divided into three parts: (1) eight rules that prohibit student conduct qualifying as a major offense and that stipulate long term suspension or expulsion for violation of these rules, (2) a 20-section code for trying alleged violations of the rules, and (3) provisions for removing dangerous students. Following most of the rules and procedural sections are comments that clarify the intent of a particular rule or section.
