Description based on: C80-14 (Mar. 18, 1981)’, ‘Each permit issued under either the Gas Resources Preservation Act or the Coal Conservation Act’, ‘For gas removal permits issued from through the 20th permit for 1986, numbering consists of a two- or three-letter code representing the name of the permittee, followed by two-digit year and a number (which starts at 1 for each permittee).
