The fiscal year ended June 30, 1932, marked the closing of the Alaska agricultural experiment stations as originated under the direct control of the United States Department of agriculture.” Fairbanks station was transferred to the Alaska Agricultural college and school of mines, May 1, 1931; Kodiak station was closed June 30, 1931. cf.
